Petrojet
Petrojet was established in 1975 as one of the specialized Egyptian petroleum sector companies, specializing in integrated project construction as a general contractor for major projects in the petroleum, gas, petrochemicals, energy, industrial, infrastructure, and building sectors across the Middle East and Africa. The company offers comprehensive contracting services, covering petroleum and industrial projects, including constructing integrated plants, pipeline installations, storage facilities, manufacturing and installing offshore platforms, deepwater facilities, and onshore and offshore pipeline coating. The company has also expanded its activities to contribute to infrastructure and civil projects, including tunneling, port and road construction, bridges, as well as power generation stations and renewable energy projects. Moreover, the company carries out water and sewage network projects, residential and administrative complexes, hospitals, tourist villages, and clubs.
Enppi
Established on January 15, 1978, the Engineering for the Petroleum and Process Industries Company (Enppi) currently operates under Egyptian Investment Law No. 8 of 1997. Enppi is a joint-stock company majority-owned by the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC), which holds 97% of Enppi’s total shares.
China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC)
The China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC), formerly the Foreign Aid Office of the Ministry of Railways, was founded in 1979 with the approval of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China. It was integrated into the China Railway Construction Corporation (CRCC) in 2003 as part of a strategic reassembly approved by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. CCECC, as one of China’s leading companies entering the international market, has evolved into a large government-owned entity with high national qualifications for engineering railway projects. It has been ranked among the top 225 international contractors in the world for several consecutive years. CCECC has established resident offices or project management offices in 89 countries and regions by the end of 2016, spanning Asia, Europe, Africa, the Americas, and Oceania.
